Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of PlayCapture. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using PlayCapture on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. The service

PlayCapture lets you build and host short play-to-join games that collect email signups, and manage the leads they generate. We may update or improve features over time.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use PlayCapture to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content and captured leads

  • You own the brand assets, copy, and images you upload, and the leads your games collect. You grant us a limited license to host and process them to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for the data you collect — including having a lawful basis and any required consent, and complying with anti-spam and privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when you contact your leads.
  • You must have the rights to any images or content you upload.

5. Plans and billing

  • PlayCapture offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Plan limits (e.g. lead caps) apply as described at checkout and in-app.

6. Intellectual property

PlayCapture, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our IP except the limited right to use the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific conversion rates or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayCapture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using PlayCapture anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You can delete your campaigns and leads from your dashboard.

10. Changes & contact
